We will explore how to make you comfortable and cozy while recouping from an illness. Each attendee will receive a handout with recipes, and hands on instruction to make each remedy. Learn by doing as we make a remedy or two to take home plus samples of prepared remedies you will want to have on hand. Let's explore using our herbs in a variety of ways to keep your family healthy and happy. Class is 1.5 hours long. This class is taught by Ohio Herb Center staff.
