Step into Dreamscape — a dreamy herbal workshop exploring rest, ritual, and the magic of the nighttime hours.

Together, we’ll slow down and explore the plants, practices, and little rituals that can help make bedtime feel like something more intentional.

During our time together, you’ll:

• Sip a cup of dreamy nighttime herbal tea
• Meet a collection of herbs traditionally woven into practices around rest, comfort, dreaming, and nighttime ritual
• Set an intention for what you’d like to invite into your dream space
• Blend and create your own herbal dream sachet to tuck beneath your pillow, place beside your bed, or incorporate into your personal nighttime ritual

You’ll leave with your handcrafted dream sachet, an herb guide and intention card, plus inspiration for creating a bedtime ritual that feels uniquely yours.

No herbal experience is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to slow down. Dreamscape is designed to be sensory, approachable, and a little bit magical.
